I used UGlue to put up icicles on vinyl siding on my front porch. Had to use two strips to hold them. When I took them down, the stuff left sticky residue. I have tried finger nail polish remover, vinegar, scraping with a knife, and paint thinner. Nothing works. Dirt and dust have stuck to the residue, looks terrible. False advertisement, it does not come off as stated.

In all fairness, this stuff is only good for real light jobs. Repairing the sneaker stuff and such. It will stick to any surface, but will not hold to any surface....certainly not worth the money which I paid online to this company. Chalk it up to a bad experience online.

Forget the caution that this stuff is not available in stores: I bought a package at a craft store, so I didn't have any hassles with the company selling me unwanted stuff.

It worked fabulously well on the things I was sticking together. I glued the sole back onto my shoe and it lasted through the entire snowy winter and is still going strong!!!

I went to purchase $10 worth of UGlu. Several days later I recieved a shipment at a total cost of $52. A couple days later I recieved a second order with a total of $52. There was a shipping and handling charge of $22 per order. I am returning both order as I don't need $104 worth of glue strips. The product may work well, but the company is a big ripoff. They will not refund any shipping costs. I have filed a complaint with my credit card company. Seems like I am not the only one treated this way. Stay away from this company for your own good.

Husband ordered the $10 special with $6.99 S&H. They charged our credit card $87.92 with $28 S&H. Had them credit my account, sent the junk back, 3 weeks after sending it back the charged my credit card $87,92 again. Turned them into fraud with credit card company. Now I have to cancel my credit card acct # and get another acct# so they can't do this again next month.

This is another one of those items that needs to be put on the do not try list. Out of desparation I used it to try to attach a plastic lemon slice to a wall. Within a day, the lemon slice was in the floor and the Uglue was still on the wall. I will just mark this up as a lesson well learned, never try anything that I do not know someone personally that would recommend it.

Uglue was purchased in order to hang up my photos on the wall. After several hours I started hearing each one fall off the wall.
This goes in the rip off department.

Elmer's glue works better than this stuff! Everything I've tried it on has NOT worked, even little things! I removed those slide hooks off my sons wall and needed new adhesive to re-adhere them to another room, so I used UGlu on the back...three days later, I hung my sons robe on the hook and the next day, the robe, hook and all was laying on the floor. I even used the UGlu to adhere a small push pin board to my desk wall and surprisingly, within a day (with nothing on the board yet), it fell (the UGlu was adhered to all four corners). Everything I have used it on, with exception to one thing, which was a piece of paper to a wall, has fallen! The promise was that it would bond almost ANYTHING, am I correct? The items that I have tried to bond are small things with almost little weight to them, so I don't see where the problem lyes. To make matters worse, when I ordered the product, the company was nice enough to bill my credit card not once, but three times! I am not happy with this product at all.

I have used this product for several different things, but they advertise that it comes off "with no sitcky residue". Yes, that's the case, after you use some kind of a heavy duty cleaner to get it off. I used this to put signs up for a couple of months, but when I tried to take them down, the UGlue didn't easily come off. I tore the signs down, and had to use a putty knife to get as much of it off as I could, and then use Goo Gone to get rid of the rest of it. Yes, it does come off easily if its a short time, but more than a couple of days, forget it! I just got done taking down one of the signs and it took alot of scraping. I will think twice before using this product and make sure when I use it, it is a permanent bond, not something you want bonded for a short time.

this product has finally solved my problem with rugs that slip and slide. i have a very energenic dog who thinks it is a hoot to ball up my entry hall rugs everytime she takes a notion. i used the uglu strips to anchor the rugs to the slate tiles in my entryway and the rug has not moved an inch. it is great, yet can be removed for carpet cleaning or repositioning. really great product.
