Mike, I have the same poblem: the Toush and Brush suction cups did not work on anything. My bathroom wall now has to be repainted. I would have preferred using screws to mount the device to the bathroom wall. This was money down the drain.

This item doesn't hold up to the hype. It worked great the first time I used it, but when I woke up in the morning I found that the suction cups lost their suction and it was broken on the floor. When I went to take the included plastic pad off the wall so I could return it, it ripped the paint off the wall...I am not happy right now to say the least. You would think for 20 bucks that it would be built a lot better. Maybe if they didn't include the dumb electric toothbrush and put some more money into the product design it would have been good enough.

We purchased this for the entire family to use. It has been a solid investment. The kids no longer leave toothpaste in the sink or on the counters. The touch and brush has saved me alot of cleaning time.
