We ordered directly from petzoompetpark.com. A day or so later we started getting phone calls from Clearwater, FL and they would not leave a message. I answered the phone and they told us that the product had been back ordered even though we already got an email shipment notice. They said they had signed us up for a recurring $30 a month credit card charge for some membership thing. They also tried to get me to give them my credit card number over the phone. All very much like a scam. My wife called the petzoompetpark company and they seemed to dismiss her concerns as not an issue.

The product also arrived damaged (broken corner of the tray). I would be very careful in ordering from petzoompetpark.com .

My order was doubled. I talked to a supversor, she refused to take care of the return. Although I repeatedly replied that I ordered only one, her response was that was the order and nothing can be done about it. The 2 pet parks has been sent, so I will either have to accept them both or spend $15.95 for the return.
My Suggestion is DO NOT ORDER HERE, IT WILL COST YOU MORE THAN A TOTAL OF $37.90!!!
