I love this thing. I'm 54, and in just the past couple of years my neckline has started to sag, and when I put my head down, I now have double chins. (well...had). I've been using this for 2 weeks now, and there's an extreme difference. I do hold my mouth open while doing the contractions, and I hold the contractions for 1-2 seconds. I do use it twice a day. I even took a 'before' photo, to chart my progress. I don't need that original photo to know that there's already a huge difference. I can even feel the muscles in my neckline now. It feels good...looks better!
