I have worked in the telecom industry for the past 20 years and saw this product on an infomercial at 3 a.m. one morning. Decided for the $$ it would be worth it to try one out. I really like the product. I tested at home and had very good voice quality. I have even used it at work for fax and POS machines where I did not have a telephone wire. Originally they had no local Central Florida #'s but I just bought my 2nd one since they have opened up many more local exchanges to use. The only thing you need to remember is you must have this product hooked to your computer and your computer must have a live high speed internet connection such as cable modem or DSL.
