i couldn't use any of the adapters...so i went online to see about getting one, as they instruct you to do in the pamphlet...and the website said that my phone does not NEED a different adapter. YES. it DOES. none of them fit! so...tried to call - 4get it. treid to find an email address - 4get it. i got it at Staples and found out, when i checked out, that it was even on sale. paid around $5. wouldn't even waste my time returning it, but i have to go back there for something else, so...back it goes. thanks for nothing!

It works as advertised. I placed my phone in the cup holder and it works fine there. Not sure why others seem to be having problems. I have a BB Storm 2 and it works great with it. I prefer using the Jupiter Jack over a bluetooth device. I had more complaints of not hearing me properly with a bluetooth than with the Jupiter Jack. People don't realize I'm talking in my car. No, I'm not associated with Jupiter Jack in any way; just happy that something actually works as advertised!

When i first saw this i thought it was to good to b true so i waited to pruchase this item but i gave in and bought one at Walgreens and it was a little staticy at first and i agree you need a mount to speak clearly but what i found amazing is that it works with my ipod touch

Works OK but a radio station can break into your call depending on where you are, such as in a city. Also, you must have the phone close to you to talk into the mic for the other person as your voice goes only through your phone- where the other person you hear through your radio speaker & can adjust.

I received my Jack last week and I love it!! I am one of those people who can’t drive and do anything else at the same time,lol. I have had quite a few accidents, but now I feel like I can talk with only moderately diminished driving ability. I am like most all drivers as I need to talk to everyone while I drive and get the latest gossip, news and trivial updates of other peoples lives. Now I drive just so I can receive calls and look like a dork talking to my dashboard,lol

The only problem I had is you have to remain tuned to the radio station (101.3 for mine). I plugged mine into my cell phone, was listening to the radio, and had a few missed calls. I then turned it off (still plugged in) and the same thing. So now, when I get a call, I have to attach the jack to my cell, turn it on, then tune the radio station. I drive a stick shift so a hands free system is what I need. All in all, the sound quality if OK; I guess for $10.00 I got what I paid for.

Are you serious? A pop holder is that place you put your head so it can get a good pop on it for being stupid enough not to know what a pop holder is. Pop is short for soda pop. A holder is a device you place something into for protection and/or to keep it in place. It could also be called a cup holder, coffee holder, etc. I can't believe someone needed that explained.. lol

its not just for cell phones use it also works with mp3 players plug the jupiter jack in to your mp3 player tune to the raido station the tell you and enjoy your list of mp3 for that is the only thing its good for
