DO NOT BUY!!!!! Never got the chance to use mine. It would not start as soon as I pulled it out of the box. Keep in mind they have already got my money. I called to have a replacement sent. They have the worse customer service. They can't even send a email mailing label in 48 hours. They hung up on me 2 times when I asked for help and then ask for an Operator Number or Name for future reference. After the 5th phone call I requested to return the blender for a full refund. This could be a case for the BBB.

I have had the healthmaster for almost a year but rarely use it because of all the oil that comes out of the base and now the pitcher is leaking so it is unuseable at all. I can send it in and they will repair it for $29.99. Do I want to pay $29.99 plus whatever it costs me to ship it to them or just go to Target and spend less than that and just get a new one every year instead of having to send this one in to get fixed in a year? Also this one is hard to get the pitcher and lid lined up so that the unit will turn on. I'm not sure if someone with hand or wrist problems could even use it. $300.00 wasted.

Have owned the Health Master for 18 months. Purchased the seven year warranty and have sent it back once with no problem on replacement. It now throws oil everywhere from the base and the grinding noise is unbearable. They want me to pay to replace the base and the representative was very rude.
I am not spending more money so here goes more for our throw away society.

I just bought my health master. I have not tried it yet but I think I am going to like it. My only complaint is there are not enough recipes. I was looking at the side of the box that it came in and there was a great looking soup and cheese dip. But they are not in the recipe books. I got all 5 books. Does Montel have any other books that I can purchase? How does a person get more recipes for the health master?

I like the healthmaster so far, but I am very disappointed in what I thought was going to be support for questions. With the cost of this machine, I was hoping for some real support on questions about recipes in books that I received with healthmaster. Forget it. No real support available.
