My daughter,9, has 2 packs of these. They are as they look, large fluffy pipe cleaners, or chenile stems. They come with "parts" eyes, noses,stands, etc. They are quite fun, and can be made again and again. The only drawback is that they are expensive for what they are, but we used 50% off coupons for hers.
