Flirty Girl Fitness$9.99 +S&HFlirty Girl Fitness was created in 2005 by two sisters from LA . They show you have to have fun while losing weight with sexy moves. This DVD Collection comes with 3 DVDs(Booty Beat DVD, Chair Dance DVD and a Bonus DVD called Workout Sexy Stretch).I first learned of Flirty Girl Fitness from my sister. She had emailed a link in an email say "Lets get sexy!!". So I ordered my copy I could not wait until they arrived. The first DVD I tried was Booty Beat, Booty Beat is basically steps taken from music videos and incorporated with aerobic exercises. Each exercise was easy to master, they explained each step very well. But let me tell you, I was out of breath before i knew it, my thighs wer on fire and I was sweating. But all in a very "I can feel the workout kinda way". Overall, I really enjoyed this DVD and I am ranking it my second favorite. My favorite DVD is the Chair Dance I really liked this routine. The moves are broken down into simple counts and were fairly easy to master. But you can do! I enjoyed all of these DVDs and I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to get in shape or just learn some sexy moves. Warning!! This does NOT come with the stripper pole.
