I purchased 2 of these beds in August 2010. DO NOT BUY THESE BEDS>THEY ARE NOT LEAK PROOF AT ALL> I was able to get thru to customer service once and they promised to email me a return label within 24 hrs. Never rec. return label. I have been calling customer service repeatedly. Their recording says due to high call volumn to try your call again and then it hangs you up. I AM FURIOUS> BETWEEN THE 2 BEDS AND 2 EXTRA COVERS I PAID $177.90. NOW ALL I HAVE ARE 2 PISS BEDS. ARRRRGGGGHHHHHHHHH

Have had 2 of the beds for 8 mo. Dogs like them ok, but now they sink in the middle. MEMORY foam?? I don't know, but the memory is gone!!!
Definately not worth the money and I can't find an e-mail or phone # to complain to, but after reading these other reports, guess it doesn't matter.

My Golden Retrievers love their beds, and rush downstairs to lay on them. So after a few months of use, the covers needed cleaned. We hand washed the covers in a tub and hung them up to dry. One of the zippers broke when we put it back on the pad, just fell off. You would think there would be some kind of warranty covering that after only a few months of use. That was a big, fat "NO". The customer rep did offer to sell me a new cover for $12.99. What a nice guy! Dog Pedic will never get any more of my money if that is how they handle their faulty products.

Was chacking out reviews to see if this bed would be better than my current method. For the price, I will stick with what is working for me. If you have a large dog - invest $40 in a baby mattress and an extra $9 for a fitted sheet. Since the bed has a plastic cover you can just wipe it down; it doesn't get stinky. Just wash the sheet once a week or whenever necessary. They last a long time.

@Crystal - have you tried training your dog to lay out. We put our dogs favorite blanket over it and he has been laying on ever since.

My 110 lb. lab hates his new dog pedic bed. I was sure that it would help becuase he is getting old and has arthritis. He would rather lay on the ceramic tile than on his new bed. He only lays on it when I tell him and then when he thinks I'm not looking, he gets up to go lay on on the tile. Total waste of money!!

I got this bed for my English Bulldog and she hated it. I tried sitting on it to show that if I like it, then she will too. I sat on this hard bed for 20 minutes and my hips were hurting let alone my poor dog. WASTE OF MONEY AND WASTE OF SPACE!!

My German Shepard hates this bed. It is way too hard and makes crinkley noises. I've done everything to get him on it and he does just to obey but then gets right up and heads to his old bed. Total waste of money

I bought this bed based on the claim that it would provide my artritic dog the comfort of memory foam. When I received it, I could not believe how stiff it was! It was like a big brick! It did not form to my 112 lb black lab and the waterproof cover inside made a funny rustling noise when he tried to get on it. My dog hated it and I ended up paying almost $40 to have it shipped to me and to ship it back! The company does not refund shipping so I paid $15 to have it shipped to me and almost $20 to ship it back. Do not order this bed unless you plan on keeping it or sucking up the $40 in shippng!

My dogs love their doggie pedic beds. I do not have a large dog, but for my little dogs this is the perfect doggie bed.

This bed is a complete waste of money. I've had it for my 135 lb great dane for less than one month and the bed sinks in the middle. Phone rep told me the memory foam needs to come back--we have a tempurpedic bed--this one doesn't come back even after the dog has been off it for over an hour. WHAT A COMPLETE WASTE OF $$ FOR BIG DOG OWNERS!!!

I ordered a Deluxe dogpedic (an upgrade option visible ONLY after you place an order, so you can't go back and investigate later) and only received the Standard. They claim they shipped the Deluxe but it is only 4" thick, same as the standard. Do NOT order the upgrade, I believe it is a RIPOFF and DOES NOT EXIST!!!!

This has been a great product my greyhound. She has been using it for weeks now, finally a bed she doesn't rip to shreds. This bed is realisticly cheaper than most dog pedic beds. Great Product!!

Poor quality when compared to others for less money. I oredered a deluxe option and the mattress I got is only 4 inches thick with only one inch of weak memory foam. Not very good for my 130lb bullmastiffs. And I also have received LOTS of spam addressed to the name on my credit card, which I never give out. The spam is only getting worse!!!

I ordered DogPedic on 1/11/2010 and until this date I still have not received it. I check the order online and it states that is in process and should be arriving in 2-3 weeks but this status has not changed for the past month! I call customer service and they state that they were on back order but that I should receive it very soon. I don't know if to cancel or just keep on waiting.

I am trying to find out if these beds are made in the USA??? Another website advertising a similar product warns of inferior products made out of the US, and they use gases to blow up the foam, which are then emitted into the air our pets breath. Does anyone have any info??

When I call tey don't know any more then when I check online. If I don't recieve it with this next week I am going o cancel because of fraud.

I've purchased one for my dog. I ordered it on January 7th and it was just taken out of my account today. It should arrive any day now. I hope it's a good as it says. Orthopedic dog beds are VERY expensive and this one is priced resonably.
