We all have heard of them and we have all seen the infomercial selling aqua globes. They provide water for your plants for weeks with just one watering. The aqua globe is a individually hand crafted blown glass globes that will release the exact amount of water your plants need.

So the summer is upon us and we have purchased plants for our balcony, and after a week of them sitting out there I had forgot to water them for an entire week. So when I was talking to my mother she suggested that a purchase the aqua globes and only water them once per week, she says I can not over water them or underwater, and the aqua globe would release the water as needed.

So the very first thing I did was go onto google and search for the aqua globes for watering balcony (outside) plants. After reading several reviews I learned that you use the same aqua globes for both inside and outside. So I decided to order me a set of them. My first thought was ok, they give you a 800 number to call off TV, so I will order them off the TV. Wrong, do NOT do that unless you want to buy more than you expect too. The people at the phone center will try selling you upgrades, insurance, other products.. I ended up hanging up and ordering off the internet.

After about a week, my watering bulbs arrived. I took two of them out of their packages. Filled them with water, and took them to my balcony plants. It was just that easy, and now after a week the plants are still alive and thriving.

I must say I would recommend this product to all my family and friends. My order came with 4 aqua globes for $14.99 + P&H.

I love my aqua globe s. In fact, I am looking for a good deal to buy one for every one of my plants. I had one plant that was dying on me because I couldn't manage to keep it watered enough. Since the aqua globe, it has fully recovered and looks great. You have to water your plant before putting in the aqua globe. The directions say to poke a hole (I use a wooden dowel for this) and then insert the aqua globe in -- this helps prevent breaking the neck and clogging it with dirt. Some dirt always gets in, but doesn't seem to stop the water. Some plants take more water than others, but it usually lasts a week or two on average.
