I have been using it for 2 wks and I have not worked up a sweat yet. I have done it for 5 mins at a time. I have notice my neck and shoulders more sore but that is it. My 18 yr old daughter also has it and she is pushing 215. She starts to work up a sweat in 2 mins. So I guess it all depends on your fitnest level. I will give it 2 more wks before I decide if I will return it. I bought mine at Target.
